Comparison
Choosing an OnlyFans agency
There is no ranked list on this page, and that is deliberate. The category turns over fast and contains enough bad actors that naming anyone "best" without auditing their contracts and their chat operation would be dishonest. The structure is what you can actually evaluate.
The short answer
Compare what is included, not the percentage. A twenty percent share that covers posting is worse value than a forty percent share covering chat coverage, content direction and traffic. The number is the easiest thing to compare and the least informative.
Then read the exit clause before the earnings projection. Almost every bad outcome in this category is a contract problem rather than a performance one.
How they charge
Four fee structures.
| Model | Typically | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue share | Commonly 20–50% of gross | The standard arrangement. Aligns incentives, and the percentage matters far less than what it buys. |
| Flat monthly fee | Fixed retainer | Rarer. Predictable, and shifts all the risk to the creator — the agency is paid whether earnings move or not. |
| Hybrid | Lower retainer plus share | Usually a sign the agency wants baseline cashflow. Not inherently bad; ask what the retainer covers. |
| Per-seat chat team | Priced per chatter | Sold to agencies as much as creators. A staffing arrangement rather than a management one. |
Walk away
Seven things that should end the conversation.
- Asks for your account password rather than using delegated access
- Will not put the revenue share, term and exit in writing before you start
- Locks you in for more than a few months, or auto-renews silently
- Quotes an earnings figure as a projection rather than a historical range
- Will not name a single current client who has agreed to be a reference
- Claims a relationship with the platform that gives you an advantage
- Takes ownership of your social accounts rather than operating them
Before you sign
Five questions worth the awkwardness.
| Ask | Why |
|---|---|
| What exactly do you do that I am not doing? | Chat coverage, content scheduling, traffic, or all three. Agencies that cannot answer this crisply are usually selling chat labour with a strategy label on it. |
| Who actually does the chatting? | In-house, contracted, offshore, or you. This is the single largest cost and quality variable in the whole arrangement. |
| What is the exit? | Notice period, what happens to the fan list, whether they hold any accounts. Agree it while everyone is optimistic. |
| What does the reporting look like? | Ask to see a real monthly report with a client name redacted. Vagueness here predicts vagueness later. |
| What happens in a bad month? | Revenue share means they earn less too. Ask what they change rather than whether it happens. |
If you run the agency
Your buyer is the creator, and roughly two and a half thousand of them a month search for an agency to sign with. Most agencies in this category have no presence in the sources that answer that question. The measured picture is on the creator management agencies page.

Questions we get asked
Which is the best OnlyFans agency?
We deliberately do not publish a ranked list. This category has a high turnover of operators and a meaningful number of bad actors, and naming agencies as "best" without having audited their contracts, their chat operation and their client outcomes would be irresponsible. What this page does instead is set out the structure of the arrangement and the questions that separate a real agency from a chat shop.
What is a normal revenue share?
Commonly somewhere between 20% and 50% of gross, and the number on its own tells you almost nothing. A 20% share that covers only posting is worse value than a 40% share covering chat, content direction and traffic. Compare what is included before comparing percentages.
Should I give an agency my account password?
No. Use whatever delegated access the platform offers. An agency that requires your password either does not know the platform well or wants leverage, and both are reasons to stop the conversation.
How long should a contract run?
Long enough for the work to show — usually a few months — and no longer. Be particularly careful with silent auto-renewal and with any clause touching ownership of social accounts or the fan list.
Do you work with creators?
No. We work with the agencies, on their own marketing and recruitment, which is why this page is written for the person choosing one rather than selling one. We have no commercial relationship with any agency and recommend none.
